Measurement of the amount of mould in indoor air with MicroBio air samplers

2% malt extract agar and DG-18 agar is used for mould
samples are cultivated in a thermal cabinet at a temperature of +25°C for 7 days
after cultivation, the number of colonies formed in a Petri dish is counted and the amount of microbes per 1 m³ of air is calculated (CFU/m³).
